Breakfast ordeal and carpet stains

The location was great, and I loved exploring the surrounding trails. One morning, I found a stunning garden, a real hidden gem!

Unfortunately, I was met with an unkempt room and leftover carpet stains. Also, the breakfast was just a basic grab-and-go instead of the advertised buffet.

The cleanliness was appalling. there were random pieces of trash everywhere. Housekeeping seemed to have skipped the details entirely, like a sticker stuck to the bathroom floor and ants crawling on our snacks. We even found shoes left behind by the previous guest.

The location was fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions like Blossom Music Center. Despite some minor issues, such as the broken ice machine, I enjoyed my stay overall. The landscaping and pool areas were beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. I would certainly consider returning if I was in the area again.

The baby back ribs at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse were off the charts, a culinary win for sure! Also, the proximity to local gems like First Watch for breakfast and P.F. Chang's for dinner is a foodie's dream come true.

But the room saga? It was a mess. Stains and funky vibes everywhere, like they forgot to clean! Plus, the breakfast situation turned into a milk-and-muffin letdown instead of the expected buffet.

This place suits me perfectly with indoor and outdoor pools, free parking, and a great bar/lounge area. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost car keys during my first visit. Highly recommend for a wonderful stay!

This hotel is a great fit for getting around the Fairlawn area with good value for the price. The front desk staff were helpful in resolving my key issues, which made the stay a bit smoother despite the hiccups. Consider confirming all details about your reservation before check-in to avoid surprises.

my stay at the hilton exceeded my expectations during an evening stroll around the lovely grounds. the beautiful landscaping and well-maintained pool areas were so inviting. i truly enjoyed the relaxing ambiance and comfortable amenities that made my visit memorable.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. I appreciated the quick check-in process, although I encountered some issues with my room key initially. Once my room was changed, I found it to be clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The free parking was a significant advantage, allowing me to focus on my work commitments.

The suite was spacious with a nice seating area, flat-screen TV, and a mini-fridge. I loved the indoor pool and sauna. they make a perfect combo for relaxing. The fitness center was well-equipped. Staff provided excellent room service with great quality food. The overall ambiance was peaceful, making it easy to unwind.
